What is the Adorner Rewards Program?
A rewards program where our cherished Adorners receive exclusive beauty rewards, including gift vouchers, early access to new products, sales and promotions.
Who is eligible to join?
The Adorner Rewards program is open to all Australian customers. Once you create an account, you will be automatically enrolled into the Adorner Rewards program.
How do I join?
Simply create an Adorn account. You can earn points just by signing up today.
How do I earn points?
There are lots of ways to earn Adorner Rewards points. You can earn points for purchasing your favourite guilt-free products, completing your online skin assessment and colour match profile, returning and recycling your empty products, referring a friend, reviewing a product, following our social media channels and more.
Please note, points will only be allocated to the price of the product, after discounts/voucher codes have been applied. Please note points are processed 14 days from activity.
How can I earn points with product reviews?
To earn points for reviewing a product, you must first purchase a product and be logged into your Adorn Cosmetics account. 15 days after you have made a purchase, you will receive an email asking you to review your recent purchase. You can only earn points for reviewing a product via this email as it ensures you are recognised as a verified buyer. Once your review has been submitted, please allow up to 7 business days for your points to be rewarded to your account. If you review a product on site by using the form within a product page, you will not be rewarded points so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for the review request email.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem points for vouchers, please select 'Get Reward' and 'Redeem Now'. Copy code into the 'PROMO CODE' section at checkout. If you decide not to use your code that day, you can go back to the code by going to your 'Account Activity and clicking the code redeem 'Approved' button and you will be able to re-copy the code at a later date. Members can view their rewards at any time by logging into their online Adorn Cosmetics account. Please note points are processed 14 days from activity.
Do my points expire?
Adorner Rewards points will expire and be removed from your balance 12 months after the earned activity date. Additionally, Adorner Rewards levels will reset every 12 months from the date the level was reached, if you do not reach the required spend to maintain that reward level. For example, if you are a Bronze Adorner, and reach that level on June 21st, you have until June 21st the following year to reach the qualified spend level amount again – or your tier will reset to an Adorner. When you move up a tier, that erases your previous “earn date” and replaces it with the new date when you reached the newest tier. You have 12 months to maintain that newly acquired tier.
How do I redeem my vouchers?
A redeemable voucher is a discount code for an amount off your purchase. To redeem, these voucher codes should be applied in the “PROMO CODE” section during checkout. Vouchers may not be combined or used with other discount codes or promotions.
Do my vouchers expire?
All vouchers will expire 30 days after issue.
Can I transfer points to another account?
The points collected in your account are not transferable to any other person or account.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us to be disenrolled. Please note that any points accrued will be lost, and will no longer available should you decide to enrol again.
