In this episode, I dive into how to find yourmy definition of success. Firstly, finding balance requires getting radically honest with ourselves. Are you burnt out? Are you bored? Are you overwhelmed?
In my experience, these states are subtly different and they require different solutions. For example, burnout is best countered with delegation and overwhelm can be managed by setting boundaries. But if we don’t know what we’re feeling... it’s hard to fix it.
