Delivery times are based on orders placed between Mondays - Fridays and can be subject to change. Returns & Refunds

Adorn Cosmetics is committed to providing both eco-luxe, non-toxic, mineral makeup and skincare PLUS an extremely supportive online customer service team available to our customers. Our commitment to the ongoing Research and Development of cutting edge mineral and organic makeup and skincare that contain the very best natural ingredients nature has to offer, enables Adorn Cosmetics to support our customers with a Product Guarantee that is built on trust and goodwill. In keeping with that spirit, the following represents the policy for returning products purchased from www.adorncosmetics.com.au:

- Products (excluding samples) must be returned for exchange or credit within 45 days of purchase, and must be presented with proof of purchase (a copy of the original receipt).

- To receive a full credit (excluding postage & handling), products (excluding samples) must be returned with packaging unopened and in a re-saleable condition. The acceptance of any returned product will be at the discretion of Adorn.

- Since samples are available to provide customers with the opportunity to try the range first, refunds are not given for incorrect colour or product choice.

- All used faulty products are to be no more than half used.

- Adorn reserves the right to refuse to exchange or credit any requests when returns are excessive and/or the policy has been manipulated or abused.

- Adorn products purchased from an independent retailer are not covered by our Returns Policy - please contact the Retailer you purchased from.
