Use a twenty-cent size amount onto your palms and gently massage over wet skin in circular motions. Focussing on dry areas, start at your feet and move up the body towards the heart to enhance circulation. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry. For added luxury, follow with a body moisturiser, like Adorn’s Nourish Superfood Body Oil.
Start off by using once per week and then gradually increase to 3 times per week.
Avoid using on broken skin.
Squeeze the sachet before refilling to mix the oil through.
