BEAUTY GIFT VOUCHERS

GENERAL

These Gift Voucher Terms govern the use of ADORN Gift Vouchers. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between Adorn Mineral Cosmetics Pty Ltd (‘ADORN,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) and the person purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem an ADORN Gift Voucher (you). These Terms should be read together with our Terms + Conditions and other relevant policies or guidelines. 

These Terms apply whenever you purchase, redeem, or attempt to redeem an ADORN Gift Voucher (collectively ‘using’ an ADORN Gift Voucher). By using an ADORN Gift Voucher, you confirm and agree that you have read and accept these Terms and will not engage in any fraudulent or misleading conduct regarding an ADORN Gift Voucher. If you are giving an ADORN Gift Voucher as a gift, it is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is aware of these Terms.

VALIDITY & EXPIRY

The ADORN Gift Vouchers:

  • Are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, irrespective of when the recipient may receive it, and can be redeemed against all products except other ADORN Gift Vouchers on the website.
  • All ADORN Gift Voucher amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD).

AMOUNTS OF PURCHASE

If the ADORN Gift Voucher is used for a purchase of less than the remaining balance, the unused amount will be added back to the same voucher. This can be used for future purchases and will remain valid for the same expiry period. If a purchase costs more than the voucher balance, the difference must be paid through another method, such as card, Afterpay, or PayPal.

GIFT VOUCHER

If you purchase an ADORN Gift Voucher;

The Gift Voucher will be emailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been received (unless an alternative date is chosen). An invoice with proof of purchase will be sent to the buyer as confirmation.

The Gift Voucher will include a unique code that can be used online. The unique code needs to be entered at the point of reviewing items in an order (in the checkout process);

You are responsible for ensuring you enter the correct full name and email address for the recipient. ADORN is not liable for delivering an ADORN Gift Voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address, and promotion codes cannot be used when purchasing an ADORN Gift Voucher.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON ADORN GIFT VOUCHERS

You cannot exchange your ADORN Gift Voucher for a different denomination of Gift Card, alternative tender, or discount. ADORN Gift Vouchers are non-refundable if you change your mind.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT VOUCHERS

ADORN is not liable if an ADORN Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission. Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if they are lost or used without authorisation.

CANCELLATIONS & ALTERATIONS

ADORN Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled once they are issued, except if used, expired, or otherwise cancelled by ADORN.

ADORN reserves the right to cancel or modify the balance of an ADORN Gift Voucher if deemed necessary by ADORN, without prior notice to you. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where a Gift Voucher is fraudulently used, altered, issued in error, or tampered with in any way. If ADORN cancels or voids your Gift Voucher due to ADORN’s fault or negligence, ADORN will provide a refund or issue a replacement Gift Voucher.

We reserve the right to cancel or block your ADORN Gift Voucher if you report it stolen or if we consider that you are using it in a manner that is inconsistent with these Gift Voucher Terms.

DISCLAIMERS

ADORN Gift Vouchers are not legal tender, account/credit/debit cards, or securities, and no transaction statements will be sent to you regarding your ADORN Gift Voucher.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that you are responsible for the use and protection of your ADORN Gift Voucher and that you are liable for all transactions on your ADORN Gift Voucher, except where there has been fraud or negligence by ADORN.

You have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded and are not affected by these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADORN excludes all other liability arising from or in any way connected with these Terms, including any liability for consequential or indirect losses of any kind, loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill, regardless of how they arise and whether caused by breach of statute, breach of contract, negligence, or other tort.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the purchase price of your ADORN Gift Voucher.

VARIATION & WAIVER

A provision of these Gift Voucher Terms or a right created under it cannot be waived or varied except in writing with the consent of all parties.

SEVERABILITY

Any provision of these Gift Voucher Terms that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is ineffective in that jurisdiction only to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. This does not invalidate the remaining provisions of these Gift Voucher Terms or affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

GOVERNING LAW

These Gift Voucher Terms are governed by Victorian law. Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there in relation to matters concerning these Gift Voucher Terms.

AMENDMENTS

These Gift Voucher Terms may be updated by ADORN from time to time, with the latest version published on the ADORN website. It is your responsibility to stay informed about these Gift Voucher Terms.

ADORN reserves the right to change these Gift Voucher Terms at any time for any reason by providing two (2) weeks’ notice via the ADORN website. If you do not agree with such changes, you can contact us, and we will cancel and refund your Gift Voucher or offer an alternative solution.

Any updates to these Gift Voucher Terms will apply to all Gift Vouchers bought or redeemed after the change date.
