HOW CAN I REFER A FRIEND?
To earn points for referring a friend. Select on the rewards page: Refer a friend. Then share the unique link via email, Facebook, or text message. Once your friend follows the link they will receive a pop up with a code to redeem $20 off their first order over $50 AUD. Once they purchase, you will see in your referral list that it is complete and receive $20 worth of points to your account to redeem as a voucher. Please note, your friends purchase completion will take 14 days from purchase date to appear on your account.

HOW DO I WORK OUT MY POINTS?

Calculate after all discounts and voucher redemptions.

Bronze Member: 1 Point X Order Value = Points Earnt

Silver Member:    1.25 Point X Order Value = Points Earnt

Gold Member:     1.5 Point X Order Value = Points Earnt

 

HOW DO I EARN POINTS WITH PRODUCT REVIEWS?

You can only earn points for reviewing a product that you have purchased. You will receive a unique email to ensure you are recognised as a verified buyer. It is only through this email that you can review your purchase.

Once your review has been submitted, please allow up to 14 business days for your points to be allocated to your loyalty account.

*Reviews submitted via the form on a product page, will not accrue points.

 

HOW DO I CLAIM MY BIRTHDAY GIFT?
To be eligible for your ‘gift’ ensure that you submit your birthday 21 days prior to your actual birthday.

On your birthday you will receive an email with a unique promotional code to redeem your mystery ‘gift’. You must be subscribed to our newsletter to receive your birthday email.

 Birthday gifts must be redeemed within 30 business days of your birthday email.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
1. Login to your customer account to view the reward points available to you.

2. Click on the spend you are entitled to, and your points will convert to Beauty Bucks redeemable online.

3. A unique code will display, so be sure to copy this and enter/paste it into the promocode section at checkout.

Please note:

-Only 1 Beauty Bucks voucher per Adorner can be redeemed in a 24-hour period.  

-In the event you activate a code and then decide to use your beauty bucks at a later date, this code will automatically save and be available in your 'Rewards History’. Simply log in to retrieve it when you’re ready.

-There is a minimum spend when using Beauty Bucks vouchers.

A $99 spend to redeem $15.  $150 spend to redeem $35 or $45.

-Beauty Bucks vouchers are not valid on bundles, discounted products, or gift sets. 

 

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY LOYALTY TIER?
Our Rewards Program tiers are valid for 12 months after the last earned activity date that activated that tier.  

Tiers will reset every 12 months from the date the tier was reached if you do not reach the required spend to maintain that tier. For example, if you are a Bronze Adorner, and reached that level on June 21st, you have until June 21st the following year to reach the required spend to maintain your tier. If the spend requirement was not reached to maintain your status you will revert to the tier that relates to your actual spend for that year.

When moving up a tier, your previous “earn date” will be replaced with the new date in which you reached the newest tier. You have 12 months to maintain that newly acquired tier.

 

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points expire 356 days from the date of the ‘activity’ for which you earnt them. 

 

CAN I TRANSFER POINTS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
No. Points earned in your customer account are not transferable to any other person or customer account.

HOW TO WORK OUT MY ELIGIBLE POINTS?

The best way to calculate your points for an order is using the below methods:

Bronze Member: 1 Point X Order Value = Points Earnt

Silver Member: 1.25 Point X Order Value = Points Earnt

Gold Member: 1.5 Point X Order Value = Points Earnt

 

HOW CAN I EARN POINTS WITH PRODUCT REVIEWS?
To earn points for reviewing a product, you must first purchase a product and be logged into your Adorn Cosmetics account. 14 days after you have made a purchase, you will receive an review request email asking you to review your recent purchase.

You can only earn points for reviewing a product via this email as it ensures you are recognised as a verified buyer. Once your review has been submitted, please allow up to 14 business days for your points to be rewarded to your account. If you review a product on-site by using the form within a product page, you will not be rewarded points so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for the review request email. *Maximum 2 rewards per 60 days for reviews. 

 

HOW DO I CLAIM MY BIRTHDAY GIFT?
To redeem your birthday reward, make sure your birthday is entered on the loyalty page 21 days prior to your birthday (if the date is entered less than 21 days prior, you will have to wait until your next birthday). On the day of your birthday, you will receive an email (make sure you are subscribed to our mailing) with a special promo code to redeem your full-size mystery gift. This will be hand picked and ethically gift wrapped by our team.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
At the last stage of checkout, you will be able to apply your available vouchers to your order.

Please note only 1 voucher can be redeemed per 24 hours.  

* If you decide to use your code at a later date, it will be available in your 'Rewards History’ (when logged in).

   *Cart must be $99 to redeem $15 reward vouchers, and $150 to redeem $35 and $45 vouchers.

*Reward Members can view their rewards by logging into their online Adorn Cosmetics account.

HOW LONG AM I IN MY TIER FOR?
Adorner Rewards tiers are valid 12 months after the last earned activity date. Additionally, Adorner Rewards levels will reset every 12 months from the date the level was reached if you do not reach the required spend to maintain that reward level.

Rewards Terms & Conditions


GENERAL

The Member Terms and Conditions document the operation of the Adorner Rewards Program and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the Adorner Rewards Program.

Individuals who join the Adorner Rewards Program agree to be bound by these Member Terms and Conditions.

The Member Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by Adorn Cosmetics at its absolute discretion. Any modification to the Member Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.

Adorn Cosmetics will not accept any liability for any Member Email that is misdirected, lost or not received.

Adorn Cosmetics will not accept any liability for any Technical Issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Adorner Rewards Program.

Adorn Cosmetics may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating the Adorner Rewards Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Adorn’s Privacy Policy.

Adorn Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Adorn Cosmetics Rewards Program or any aspect of it or at its election, to payout any Rewards, reset Spend Balances, at any time and without notice. Without limitation to the foregoing rights, Adorn Cosmetics reserved the right to transfer Members to such other loyalty program owned, operated, managed or administered by Adorn, its ‘related bodies corporates’ or ‘associated entities’ as those terms are defined in Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Adorn Cosmetics may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, require a Member to provide to Adorn Cosmetics proof of identification (in a form requested by Adorn) for Adorn to verify the authenticity of a Member’s membership and compliance with the Member Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of a Member’s involvement in the Adorner Rewards Program.

Adorn Cosmetics will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Adorner Rewards Program, including that incurred in the provision and/or utilisation of Rewards.

These Member Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards, including without limitation with the Website Terms and Conditions and other relevant Adorn Cosmetics policies and or terms and conditions.

Adorn Cosmetics decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Adorner Rewards Program is final and binding.

Reference to a ‘day’ in these Member Terms and Conditions shall mean a 24-hour period ending at 11.59pm AEDT;

Any failure or delay by Adorn Cosmetics in exercising its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by Adorn Cosmetics must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Adorn Cosmetics.

Nothing in these Member Terms & Conditions is intended to contravene any applicable law. To the extent that any provisions in these Member Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of any invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Member Terms & Conditions.

 

 

BRONZE STATUS

Members with ‘Bronze’ status is eligible to receive the following Rewards:

All Bronze Rewards will expire 60 days after issue unless otherwise indicated.

$15 voucher for every 300 points ($300 spend OR 300 points of activity)

 

SILVER STATUS

Members with ‘Silver’ status is eligible to receive the following Rewards:

All Silver Rewards will expire 60 days after issue unless otherwise indicated.

Birthday gift

$15 voucher for every 300 points ($240 spend OR 300 points of activity)

 

GOLD STATUS

Members with ‘Gold’ status is eligible to receive the following Rewards:

All Gold status Rewards will expire 60 days after issue unless otherwise indicated.

Birthday gift

$15 voucher for every 300 points ($200 spend or 300 points of activity)

 

OTHER

Rewards can only be redeemed at the Adorn Cosmetics Website.

To redeem any applicable Reward when transacting online on the Website, a Member must ensure they are logged into a valid account.

The Adorn Cosmetics Website and online store is based in Australia and consequently, will redeem Rewards in AUD.

Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated. Rewards vouchers are not valid for bundles or gift sets. 

Rewards cannot be redeemed against purchases of gift vouchers, postage or promotion/sale products.

All Rewards have an expiry date as dictated by the Rewards in each tier at which point, they will no longer be available for redemption. Adorn Cosmetics reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Reward at any time without notice.

Adorn Cosmetics will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a Technical Issue including without limitation the failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.

Rewards can only be redeemed once.

Adorn Cosmetics reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.

Returns: If a customer wishes to return a purchase for reasons other than that the goods are faulty or misdescribed:

 any Reward redeemed or utilised during the purchase will be forfeited; and

  any Reward that may otherwise have been obtained (such as through being promoted to a higher tier) will be kept but the Member will have the value of the return transaction deducted from their Spend Balance. This may result in the Member having a negative Spend Balance or Tier Balance.

Discount will be applied to the subtotal and is not valid on shipping or tax.
