Why won't my pump work?
Our products are packaged in luxury airless pumps for optimal formula protection and increased shelf life. So our mineral and botanical ingredients are not compromised by the damaging effects of air through oxidisation.
It's normal for airless packaging to require multiple pumps to establish an initial flow of product. Once any air that may be present in the packaging is, dispersed, your product will start to dispense.
You may also find that shaking the bottle upside down eliminates these air pockets and will assist with dispensing the product initially.
Please do not open your product as this will allow more air into it.

How do I refill this product?
With clean hands, unscrew the silver lid and then push the plastic 'inner' down to the bottom of the jar. For best hygiene practice, we recommend that you sterilise the inside with Adorn's Hand & Surface Sanitiser. Spray with sanitiser and wipe out with a clean cloth or tissue. Fill with your refill, replacing the lid when finished.

And it's important to note that since Adorn cannot be sure of the condition packaging is in before reuse or how it was, cleaned. Adorn takes no responsibility for products that may 'spoil' in any way once dispensed.
