2. Select a lip liner shade that closely matches your natural lip colour or the lipstick shade you intend to use.
3. Begin by defining the cupid's bow of your upper lip. Use the lip liner to create a slightly curved line that follows the natural shape of your lips.
4. After outlining your lips, use the lip liner to lightly fill in the rest of your lips. This helps create a base for your lipstick and prevents it from feathering or bleeding. Use gentle, feathery strokes to blend the lip liner into your lips for a seamless finish.
