Definition matters more than drama when lashes become finer or sparser.

Adorn Waterproof Mascara Refill is the replacement cartridge for the Build-Your-Own Mascara system. Choose Black for stronger definition or Dark Brown for a softer everyday finish, then reuse your existing compatible wand.

Why mature eyes may prefer a softer approach

Heavy, clumpy mascara can make sparse lashes look more obvious. Build in thin coats, focusing on separation and definition rather than loading the lashes with too much product.

How to use

Insert a clean, dry compatible Adorn mascara wand into the refill. Apply from root to tip in light strokes, allowing each coat to set briefly before adding more.

Use Black when you want stronger contrast. Use Dark Brown when you prefer softer definition, especially for daytime or lighter colouring.

Hygiene matters

Replace the mascara refill regularly and clean the reusable wand thoroughly between refills. Wash the wand with warm soapy water and allow it to dry completely before placing it into a fresh cartridge.

Refill what you use

The refill system lets you replace the mascara formula without automatically replacing the wand. It is a practical way to reduce unnecessary component waste once you know which wand suits your lashes.

* Initially you may need to wait a little while for the mascara to adhere to the brush, or for immediate use, wiggle it around to collect the macara.

How to re-use your mascara wand:
Remove the twist cap from your new mascara base.
Insert your new mascara wand or remove the wand from your old mascara, wash it thoroughly with hot, soapy water, and let it completely air dry before putting it into your new mascara base.
Insert the clean wand into your new mascara base.

**Please note: The water-resistant mascara contains a synthetic resin, alcohol, and emulsifier that is needed to thicken and stabilise the other ingredients to achieve it's water-resistant capabilities. There are no natural ingredients currently available that deliver a 100% water-resistant formulation, however we DO NOT use petroleum in any of our formulations.

A waterproof mascara refill is the mascara formula only, designed to be used with a reusable wand. It allows you to replace just the product instead of the entire tube, reducing beauty waste.

Yes. This waterproof mineral mascara delivers long-lasting, smudge-proof wear that resists water and sweat while staying comfortable on the lashes.

Is this suitable for sensitive eyes?

Yes. The gentle formula is designed to minimise irritation, making it suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.

Does waterproof mascara damage lashes?

No. When removed gently, waterproof mascara does not damage lashes. This formula removes easily without harsh cleansers, helping protect lash health.

Do I need to buy a wand separately?

Yes. This is a refill only. You will need Adorn’s reusable mascara wand, which is sold separately as part of the build-your-own system.

How do I clean my reusable mascara wand?

Wash the wand in hot, soapy water, rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before inserting it into your new refill.

How often should I replace my mascara refill?

For best hygiene practices, replace your mascara every three months and clean your reusable wand between refills.
