At Adorn, we’re committed to sustainability. Simply return your empty packaging to us and it will be packed in our Zero Waste Box™ and sent for recycling. The Zero Waste Box system is an all-in-one recycling solution from TerraCycle®. Everything collected through the box is sorted and processed into raw materials that can be reused instead of being sent to landfill.
It’s our way of ensuring your empty Adorn packaging is responsibly processed, kept out of landfill and given a second life.
Be Rewarded
As a thank you for supporting circular beauty, we’ll apply 200 points (equal to a $10 voucher) as reward points to your Adorn account. It’s just one more way we’re making sustainable beauty easier and more rewarding for everyone.
Freqeuently Asked Questions
You can return most Adorn packaging, including:
- Lipstick tubes
- Serum bottles
- Sample pots
- Refill sachets
Packaging can be opened or used — we simply ask that you clean out any remaining product before returning.
Return postage is not covered and will need to be arranged by the sender
The following items cannot be accepted:
- Cardboard packaging (such as sample matchboxes)
- Black drawstring bags
At this stage, we can only accept Adorn packaging. Unfortunately, other brands or packaging types cannot be processed through this program.
