After your base makeup (foundation / powder), use a brush to apply to high points of the face: cheekbones, forehead, bridge of nose, cupid’s bow and under brow.
For a softer, more diffused glow, tap lightly with your fingers.
Build gradually — start with a little, then add more for stronger highlight.
You can also use it on inner eye corners or lips (with caution) for extra pop.
