Dark circles do not need more foundation. They need the right correction in the right place.

Adorn's Peachy Sleep Under-Eye Corrector uses a peach-toned cream to neutralise the look of blue, purple and grey under-eye darkness so you can use less concealer on top. The lightweight texture is designed for delicate, mature under-eye skin, where heavy layers can quickly make fine lines look more obvious.

Peach sits opposite blue and purple tones on the colour wheel. By neutralising those cooler shadows first, you can often achieve a brighter result with much less concealer than you would need if you tried to cover darkness with beige pigment alone.

This matters on changing skin because less product usually means less creasing, less cakiness and a more natural-looking under-eye area.

How to apply without making fine lines more visible

Use a very small amount only where the darkest colour appears, usually toward the inner corner and directly over the shadow. Pat rather than drag. Add concealer only if you still want more coverage.

Avoid spreading a thick layer across the entire under-eye area. More product is not necessarily more flattering on mature skin.

Peach corrector or regular concealer?

Use Peachy Sleep when the main issue is blue, purple or grey darkness. Use a skin-toned concealer when you need additional coverage over pigmentation, redness or remaining shadow. Many customers need less skin-toned concealer once the cool darkness has been corrected first.

The under-eye area is a difficult area to cover while looking flawless for a long period of time. The longevity of coverage will vary and depend on skin type and environmental factors.

Here's our tips to cover dark circles, while minimising caking, or enhancing fine lines and wrinkles:

1. Apply Corrective concealer only where needed and just enough to cover dark circles. A heavy concealer application does not mean better coverage and may result in concealer creasing.

2. Avoid using eye cream or moisturiser prior to applying corrective concealer as this may alter the coverage and prevent it from lasting. Use eye cream of an evening instead.

3. To avoid creasing only apply where needed to cover dark circles and avoid placing it on the outer eye area where wrinkles are more common. You can also try setting it with a light dusting of our HD Miracle Blur Powder using a soft, fluffy eye shadow brush.

4. For darker skin use a skin tone cream concealer (that matches your foundation) over the top of this corrective concealer.

5. For the best coverage apply with your ring finger by patting the concealer on - like you would an eye cream. Do not swipe/rub concealer on.

You can use this corrective concealer on any discolouration with a blue undertone.
