Delivery of your order
All orders (both local & international) are sent with Australia Post and once dispatched are strictly bound by Australia Post's delivery terms and times. You can view these by visiting www.auspost.com.au
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Delivery times exclude the dispatch day.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking information, this information can also be found in your 'My Account' section of the Adorn website.
Delivery or tracking enquiries are the responsibilty of a customer and must be made at www.auspost.com.au by quoting your tracking number.
It is our recommendation that all online orders are upgraded to include signature proof of delivery. Signature and Insurance is an OPTION and NOT automatically inlcuded in your shipping cover unless you select and pay for it at checkout.
-If you do not select the Signature and Insurance option (which includes cover for lost or damaged goods) and your parcel has been delivered, yet you do not physically have it, it is up to you, the customer to contact your local postal service or Australia Post to resolve the issue.
- In the warmer months or in warmer climates it is strongly suggested that you select the Signature and Insurance option to ensure your parcel is delivered to you in person and not kept in a letterbox where the goods may spoil. Adorn Cosmetics is not responsible for goods that have spoiled due to weather conditions.
- If you are eligible for and accept FREE SHIPPING this includes 'online' tracking only, and does NOT include signature or insurance. You can pay for these options at checkout.
- Where a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address details there will be an additional postage charge of $10 to resend your parcel within Australia (standard delivery). It is the responsibilty of our customers to ensure their delivery address is correct. We accept no responsibilty for incorrect addresses.
- All orders placed must be submitted in English only.
- Customs Fees: Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be. By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, and we are unable to misrepresent your goods for the reduction of import duties/tax fees.
What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
Can I change my address?
Change of address requests must be received within 2 hrs of placing your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, and must be titled ‘Change of Address’ in the subject field.
Please include your full name, order number and corrected shipping address in the body of the email.
Orders returned because of incomplete or incorrect address information will incur an additional postage fee of $10 to resend within Australia (standard post).
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be received within 1 hour of placing the order. Cancellations made after 1hr of placing an order cannot be processed, and as such are ineligible for a refund.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to email@example.com and titled ‘Cancel Order’ in the subject field. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Adorn Cosmetics is committed to providing both eco-luxe, non-toxic beauty products and extremely supportive online customer service to our customers.
Our commitment to the ongoing research and development of cutting edge products that contain the very best ingredients nature has to offer, enables Adorn Cosmetics to support our customers with a product guarantee that is built on trust and goodwill. In keeping with that spirit, the following represents our policy for returning products:
- Since we offer a comprehensive sample range that provides our customers with the opportunity to trial the Adorn range first, and due to health regulations, refunds and exchanges are NOT given for incorrect colour or product choice. Refunds are NOT given for samples or any complimentary products.
- If a product purchased is defective and is within 14 days of your purchase date, please email us first providing your order information to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then email you instructions on how to return the item. All used faulty products must be returned within 14 days of your purchase date and are to be no more than half used.
-Promotional products or free samples cannot be refunded or exchanged.
