-If you require 'Proof of Delivery' or 'Insurance' against lost or damaged parcels and in particular want to avoid products possibly 'spoiling' in your letterbox on warmer days, please upgrade your postage at the checkout to the Signature on Delivery option.
-Registered or the FREE postage option does NOT include insurance or proof of delivery and therefore the onus is on you the customer if the 'Signature on Delivery' option is not selected for lost, damaged or stolen parcels.
We aim to dispatch online orders within 24 hours.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Mon- Fri, exclude Australian public holidays & can be subject to change.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays are processed the following business day.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once it is dispatched. Please visit www.auspost.com.au to track your parcel, allowing up to 24 hours for this tracking number to register with Australia Post.
Australian customers in metro areas can expect their order to arrive within 5-7 business days of despatch, except for W.A, N.T and rural areas, which may take up to 14 business days. If you require a more speedy service please select the Express Option at the check out.
Where a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address details there will be an additional postage charge of $9.95 to resend your parcel.

Our commitment to the ongoing research and development of cutting edge products that contain the very best ingredients nature has to offer, enables Adorn Cosmetics to support our customers with a product guarantee that is built on trust and goodwill. In keeping with that spirit, the following represents the policy for returning products:
- Due to health regulations, and our sample range that provides our customers with the opportunity to try the range first, refunds and exchanges are not given for incorrect colour or product choice.
- If the product purchased is defective and is within 30 days of your purchase date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
