Delivery of your order

You will be notified of your tracking information when your order has been dispatched and be updated on your delivery status.  If you require further status updates please follow the information and contact shipping carrier provided in your correspondence. Due to privacy reasons, Adorn Cosmetics cannot provide tracking or status information.

All orders are delivered via Australia Post or a registered courier and once dispatched are strictly bound by the carrier's delivery terms and times. You can view Australia Post's terms here Deliveries will require a signature unless you allow for Authority To Leave when sent your tracking information. 

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 11 am AEST Monday - Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 11 am AEST will be processed the next business day. 

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays. Please note during busy ‘sale’ periods there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated time?

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. Delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.

For Victorian addresses who have nominated Express as their delivery service, your parcel may be delivered on a Saturday. If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mailroom or reception for your parcel.

If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have advised delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport, etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel. Please also check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

Can I change my address?

Change of address requests must be received within 15 minutes of placing your order by emailing, and must be titled ‘Change of Address’ in the subject field.

Please include your full name, order number and corrected shipping address in the body of the email.

Orders returned because of incomplete or incorrect address information will incur an additional postage fee of $10 to resend within Australia (standard post).

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be received within 15 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations made after this time cannot be processed, and as such are ineligible for a refund.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to and titled ‘Cancel Order’ in the subject field. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email.
